This project consists of two commercial properties located in premium locations, one in San Antonio, Texas, and the other in Austin, Texas. Both assets were acquired in late 2022.

The first property, Rim North, is located within The Rim, one of San Antonio’s most prominent commercial and lifestyle corridors, making it highly attractive to tenants. The tenant mix includes Starbucks, GNC, Pigtails & Crewcuts, and Dental Works.

The second property, Guadalupe, is strategically located in downtown Austin, just a few blocks from The University of Texas. This area benefits from strong demographic and economic growth driven by Austin’s sustained expansion in recent years. Tenants at this location include Domino’s Pizza, Walgreens, Smile Haus, BodyBrite, and Lau Lau Café.
